Warranty policy

About warranty

Badr Al Emarat's warranty policy ensures that your product is protected from any defects in materials, design or manufacturing that may occur after purchase. If Badr Al Emarat sells the product directly to you and for specific products, a twelve (3) month warranty will be provided for eligible products purchased within the Emirates.

Warranty repairs are carried out at authorized maintenance centres

To benefit from warranty services, the original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validity of the warranty

The warranty repair period is (7) working days for products covered by the warranty from the date the product is received from the customer until it is dispatched

Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product list to see if they are covered by the warranty

Repair or replacement of this warranty cannot be extended or renewed. Warranty terms correspond to your device manufacturer

If the product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will offer you a replacement product (from the same seller), and if a replacement is not available, your money will be refunded in full.

The customer must make sure that the product was packaged in the original carton or was packaged properly to avoid any damage during the shipping process. Badr Al Emarat will not bear responsibility in the event of breakage or damage to the product in this case, and the product under warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance.

The customer must ensure that the product is placed in its original box and wrapped safely. Badr Al Emarat will not be responsible for any damages that occur to the product during shipping

: Warranty service provider

The product and workmanship quality warranty is provided by the authorized service center and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies described in the product’s warranty guide or the manufacturer’s website. To obtain warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the rules and regulations

Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not considered the responsibility of Badr Al Emarat. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of service. The customer must communicate directly with the authorized service center in the event of any complaint or claim.
